Where are your treats made?
Being an Australian small business, we love to support local where we can.
All of our meat and seafood are sourced and processed in Australia.
If something is ever not Australian made, it will be explicitly stated and is up to buyer discretion. I.e NZ Green-lipped Mussels.
Do your treats contain any aditives, fillers or preservatives?
We are very transparent about what goes into our treats, all of our ingredients can be found in the product information of the treat selected, as well as on the treat bag you receive. However, all of our Dehydrated range is single product protein.. meaning what you see is what you get! 1 ingredient

Are Papi Pet treats safe for all dogs and cats?
Yes! Our treats are made from 100% natural ingredients, with no additives or preservatives. They’re suitable for most dogs and cats, but we always recommend supervising your pet and introducing new treats gradually.
What ingredients do you use?
We keep it simple – just single-ingredient, human-grade proteins like chicken, beef, and sardines. Nothing artificial, ever.
How should I store the treats?
Keep the treats in their resealable pouch in a cool, dry place. Once opened, they stay fresh for up to 6 months. For longer freshness, you can refrigerate them.
How long do the treats last?
Unopened packs last 12 months from production. Always check the best-before date on the package.
Can puppies eat these treats?
Yes! Puppies over 12 weeks old can enjoy most of our treats. For younger puppies, we recommend breaking treats into smaller pieces.
Do your treats help with dental health?
Yes! Crunchy treats like chicken feet or jerky can help naturally scrape away plaque and support healthier teeth and gums.
Are your products suitable for dogs with allergies?
Our single-ingredient treats are a great option for pets with sensitive stomachs or allergies. If your dog has a specific protein allergy, simply choose another protein variety.
Do you ship across Australia?
Yes! 🚚 We deliver Australia-wide. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and shipping usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within Australia. Stay tuned – international shipping is coming soon!
How much should I feed my pet?
Treats should never replace a balanced diet. They should make up no more than 10% of your pet’s daily calorie intake. Check our feeding guides on each product page for details.
Are your treats vet approved?
Yes! Our recipes and processes are reviewed and supported by pet nutritionists and veterinarians to ensure safety and quality.
