Shipping policy

At PapiPet, we want your pet to enjoy our treats as soon as possible.
This policy outlines our processing times, delivery options and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

  1. Order Processing:
    All orders are processed within 1–2 business days once payment has cleared.
    Orders placed on weekends or Australian public holidays are processed on the next business day.

    During peak periods (for example Christmas or major sales), please allow up to 3–5 business days for dispatch.
  2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery:
    We ship Australia-wide using reputable carriers such as Australia Post or Sendle.

    Destination and Estimated delivery time
    Metro areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane): 2–4 business days
    Regional areas: 3–7 business days
    Remote locations: 5–10 business days

    *These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather events or peak seasons.

  3. Shipping Rates:
    Flat-rate shipping: $12.95 AUD per order across Australia.
    Free standard shipping: for orders over $150 AUD (after discounts and before shipping).
    Any additional charges for large or heavy orders will be clearly displayed at checkout.

  4. Tracking Your Order:
    Once your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery status.

  5. Delivery Instructions & Signature:
    You may leave special delivery instructions at checkout.
    If you request “Authority to Leave” (no signature), PapiPet is not responsible for loss or damage once the courier confirms delivery.

  6. Delays, Lost or Damaged Parcels:
    If your parcel is delayed or lost, please contact us at [your contact email] and we will liaise with the courier to resolve the issue.
    If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
    In the rare event of confirmed loss or damage, PapiPet will replace the order or provide a full refund in line with the Australian Consumer Law.

  7. International Shipping:
    At this time, PapiPet ships within Australia only.
