   Our treats are natural, single-ingredient pet snacks, intended as complementary food for pets.
   We make every effort to provide accurate descriptions, photos, and information, but product colours, shapes, or sizes may vary slightly due to natural differences.

3. Orders and Payment:
   Orders are accepted through our website and are subject to confirmation of payment.
   We accept payments via  PayPal, AfterPay
   Prices are correct at the time of publication but may change without prior notice.
   
   
4. Shipping and Delivery:
   We deliver Australia-wide using trusted couriers such as Australia Post.
   Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only. Delays caused by carriers or external factors are beyond our control.
   Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment.
   
   
5. Returns and Refunds:
   Our products are covered under the Australian Consumer Law:
   You are entitled to a replacement or refund if a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
   Change-of-mind returns may be accepted at our discretion, provided the product is unopened, unused, and returned within 14 days of delivery (return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer).
